Scale social on infrastructure built for it
When you outgrow the standard plans, Postproxy handles the volume, the latency, and the compliance. European data residency, enterprise-grade security, fast APIs, and a team that helps you integrate.
Everything a large deployment needs
The same unified API, tuned for volume and backed by people. Here is what changes when you move up to an enterprise plan.
Serious about where your data lives.
Postproxy runs on European infrastructure, handles credentials the way you'd want your own handled, and is built to meet the highest compliance and security standards.
Security at core
Your data is protected by enterprise-grade encryption, secure APIs, and strict access controls designed to keep everything safe.
Europe hosted
All data is stored and processed on European servers, ensuring sovereignty, reliability, and compliance with local regulations.
Compliant by design
GDPR-compliant today and currently obtaining our SOC 2 Type II certification. We build Postproxy to meet the highest standards for privacy, security, and transparency.
Fast now, and up when it counts
A low-latency API and the reliability your product can build on, however much volume you push through it.
What customers say
Enterprise questions
Compliance, security, volume, and onboarding. The questions larger teams ask most before they commit.
01 Do you offer a white-label option?
Yes. You can run Postproxy under your own brand, with your domain and your logo, so your customers connect their social accounts without ever seeing us. See white-label for how it works.
02 Are there discounts for larger volumes?
Yes. Pricing is progressive, so the more volume you commit to, the lower your effective per-unit cost. Tell us your numbers and we'll model the right plan against your actual usage.
03 Can we sign a DPA?
Yes. We sign a Data Processing Agreement and keep an up-to-date list of sub-processors. You can review our certifications and documents in our trust center.
04 Do you support SSO and SAML?
Yes. SSO and SAML single sign-on are available for enterprise deployments. Tell us which identity provider you use, such as Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace, and we'll set it up.
05 Where is our data stored?
All data is stored and processed on European infrastructure by default. If you have specific residency or sub-processor requirements, bring them to the call and we'll confirm the setup.
06 Can you help us migrate and integrate?
Yes. Enterprise onboarding is hands-on: we map your use case to the API, review your integration, and stay with you until the first posts are flowing in production.
07 What uptime can we expect?
We run at 99.97% uptime with roughly 35ms average response and a 150ms p95. Enterprise plans can include an uptime SLA with agreed response commitments.
08 How does enterprise billing work?
You can pay monthly or annually. A plan is usually a base that includes a set number of profile groups, plus a per-unit price for anything over that. Pay by card through Stripe just like our standard plans, or ask us to send an invoice. Annual contracts come with a discount.
Let's size the right plan for you
Tell us about your volume, platforms, and timeline. We'll put together a plan and help you integrate.
